Our class has been working like a swarm of busy bees to create a ‘buzz'. We were totally thrilled to be noticed by some important flowers in the wild garden of children's book publishing.
Way back on October 8th, Elizabeth Bird of Fuse #8 Blog over at the School Library Journal, made us blush with pleasure when she mentioned picking up one of sneak preview flyers. " veeeeery interesting stuff" was how she put it. Read more at:

Later, on October 30th, Publishers Weekly ran an article about our mentors, the Class of 2k7, and we were included! As Greg Fishbone, 2k7's class prez, so aptly put it, "It's been amazing to see the energy they're putting into their group. There's already a small core group of 2k9 authors watching with the 2k8 people."
